 Bryan joined the family business in 1996, discovering his passion for the underground sector, which has become a central part of our mission.  I am a civil engineer with a specialization in construction management from Tecnológico de Monterrey. At 31 years old, I have professional experience focused on civil construction, having worked in various sectors of the construction industry in Mexico, including commercial infrastructure, mining, and residential construction. In Mexico, I held positions such as supervisor, project manager, and general project manager, where I developed strong skills in planning, execution, and project control.

In Texas, I have worked as a civil manager for residential development projects, collaborating on the analysis and execution of urbanization and housing construction projects. Currently, as a junior estimator, I focus on developing and improving my skills in cost estimation and project analysis, seeking to contribute to the success of my team and company.

My academic background and work experience enable me to combine technical knowledge with managerial skills, allowing me to approach projects in a comprehensive and efficient manner 

 Having held positions as a laborer, pipe layer, water truck driver, loader operator, backhoe/track hoe operator, foreman, superintendent, and project manager, Curtis possesses a comprehensive understanding of the expectations and requirements of each role. This knowledge fosters a collaborative environment, allowing him to guide his crew and foremen toward success. 

 Outside of work, Curtis enjoys spending quality time with his family, particularly fishing and hunting. His son, Clayton, often shares that there is no one better than his dad. Their bond is strong, with Curtis serving as Clayton's best friend and biggest supporter, whether they are playing little league, fishing, or sharing life lessons. Curtis is dedicated to instilling the values of family, hard work, and teamwork in his son, laying a solid foundation for Clayton's future.
